What people mean by “Yupoo spreadsheet”

The term usually describes a sheet of album links, product references, categories, item codes, notes, or marketplace URLs. Some sheets are personal working documents; others are shared starting points. Neither format is automatically official or current.

A useful sheet separates observed facts from questions. “Blue outerwear; size chart visible; source link not checked” is more useful than “good seller” because the first note can be reviewed.

Limits

Why a spreadsheet is only a starting point

What a row can do

Point to a page, preserve an item code, group a category, record a measurement, or remind you what still needs checking.

What a row cannot prove

It cannot by itself prove originality, current stock, seller identity, price, product quality, delivery, refund eligibility, or buyer protection.

Row review

How to read a row before opening the link

  1. Name the page you expect. Is the URL supposed to be an album, catalog result, marketplace listing, or agent submission?
  2. Read the note as a testable statement.Category, item code, color, size, or source is clearer than promotional praise.
  3. Mark missing fields without guessing.“Price not shown” and “source link unclear” are useful states.
  4. Open the page and compare.Check that the title, photos, identifiers, and separate links still support the row.

Useful fields

Build a row that another person could audit

A useful row should make sense even after you forget why you saved it. Keep observations, missing information, and outside claims in separate fields so a later review does not turn uncertainty into fact.

FieldWhat to writeWhy it helps
Direct URLThe exact album, item, catalog, or marketplace page.Prevents screenshots and shortened links from becoming the only record.
Page typeAlbum, catalog result, marketplace listing, agent page, or checkout.Stops different sources from being treated as equivalent.
Neutral item labelProduct category, color, material, and visible variant.Keeps the row searchable without promotional wording.
Stable identifierProduct code, listing ID, or another repeated visible reference.Makes later matching more reliable than a title alone.
Evidence presentUseful photo angles, measurements, labels, source link, or QC set.Explains what the row can actually support.
Unresolved questionOne specific gap such as “interior length missing.”Turns a vague concern into the next research task.
Last checkedThe date you manually reopened the relevant pages.Separates current observations from old notes.
Keep reasonOne sentence explaining why the row remains useful.Makes removal decisions faster when the sheet becomes crowded.

Working note

Use a short note that records both evidence and doubt

Paste-ready row note

Replace each prompt with what you can observe. Leave a field unresolved when the page does not answer it.

Page
Album / catalog / marketplace / agent page
Item
Neutral category + color + visible product code
Evidence
Angles, measurements, labels, source link, and relevant QC photos
Missing
The single gap most likely to change the decision
Status
Keep researching / pause / remove
Reason
One plain sentence that supports the status

Page types

How Yupoo albums and catalog links differ

A Yupoo album presents uploaded media and captions. A catalog result organizes discovery. A marketplace listing introduces a seller, variants, price, and policies. A spreadsheet may put these URLs next to each other, but they remain different sources with different limits.

Record the page type in its own column. This stops a photo album from being mistaken for a purchase page and makes broken or mismatched links easier to spot later.

Source links

When Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 links matter

A raw source link can help connect the album presentation to a separate listing. Check whether the item code, color, size, photos, and description refer to the same thing. Similar imagery is not enough when variants differ.

If the link is shortened, unsupported, or routed through a third-party agent, keep the original marketplace URL when it is publicly available and relevant. Do not invent a route from an item name.

Comparison

Strong row vs weak row

Stronger research row

Names the neutral category, preserves the visible product code, notes which measurements are shown, identifies the page type, records a relevant source link, and labels any missing price or QC evidence.

Weak research row

Uses only a promotional label, mixes the album and source page, assumes a hidden price, repeats an unverified seller claim, and gives no reason the photos belong to the same item.

External catalog

When to use the external catalog

Use the separate catalog when you want to browse by category or try a color, product type, or exact code. Compare the pages before saving one.
