Album photos
Usually present the item in a curated way. They may use controlled lighting, selected angles, close-ups, captions, and reusable background styling.
QC photos
Usually document a specific physical item from practical angles. They can add evidence about color, construction, size labels, included pieces, and visible condition.
QC photos may appear later than the album images and may come from a different page or service. Tie them back to the exact code, color, size, source, and record before comparing details.
Identity match
How to check that photos belong to the same item
- Match the stable identifiers.Compare product code, source URL, color, size, variant, and included pieces.
- Compare the overall structure.Look at proportions, panel layout, closures, sole shape, hardware, or port placement.
- Move to small details.Check labels, seams, material texture, print placement, accessories, and packaging.
- Record uncertainty.If the photos omit a decisive angle or identifier, mark the match unresolved.
Category details
What to compare by product type
Shoes and sneakers
Side profile, toe shape, heel, sole pattern, stitching, labels, interior, size tag, and both shoes together.
Clothing and jerseys
Overall cut, collar, seams, print or patch placement, labels, chest and length measurements, and front/back views.
Bags and handbags
Front, sides, base, handle joins, hardware, closures, lining, pockets, dimensions, and included straps.
Watches and accessories
Scale, face or surface details, case, crown, clasp, back, materials, closures, and any stated measurements.
Electronics and earphones
Model identifiers, ports, power information, case, included parts, condition, and compatibility labels.
Any category
Use the same color, variant, and useful angle. Similar-looking items are not automatically the same source.
Difference log
Record differences before deciding what they mean
Memory tends to smooth over small conflicts. A difference log separates what the album led you to expect from what the QC set actually shows.

Sizing evidence
Compare a Yupoo size chart with readable Yupoo measurements
Compare visible measurements with the album's stated size chart or product notes. Confirm where the measurement starts and ends; a photo of a tape measure is unclear if the endpoints, garment position, or scale cannot be read.
For wearables, record the labeled size and actual measurement separately. A label does not guarantee fit.
Image limits
Image quality and missing angles
Lighting, white balance, compression, perspective, and screen settings can change perceived color or texture. A blurred close-up cannot support a precise material or construction claim. A missing angle should remain a missing angle, not an invitation to infer.

- The product code, source context, color, size, and variant appear to match.
- The QC set includes the category-specific angles that matter.
- Measurements are readable and taken from understandable endpoints.
- Visible differences are recorded without explaining them away.
- Missing angles, blur, lighting, and compression limits are acknowledged.
- No authentication, seller-verification, or delivery claim is made from the images.
